About the trip
Experience a spectacular trip through one of the most popular areas in the world to spot massive basking sharks, the second-largest fish in the sea.
The trip also includes a stop at the now-deserted Inishtrahull Island off Malin Head, last inhabited in 1929. Visit the old graveyard, mass rock, school house and old lighthouse, while keeping an eye out for birds and seals.
The return trip takes you along the Inishowen peninsula, past the beautiful sights of Kinnego Bay, Glengad and Culdaff. The vessel for this eco trip is registered and licensed by the Coastguard, and all safety equipment and a guide are included.
