Questions about Scuba Diving Fins
Open heel or full foot fins?
Open heel fins are worn with boots and are what most divers in cold water use. Full foot fins are worn barefoot and are best for snorkelling and warm water.
Paddle or split fins?
Paddle fins give more power and control, which helps in currents and for frog kicking. Split fins are easy on your legs and good for a relaxed flutter kick.
