How do I know I'll get the right size?

Call or email the shop — we dive in this gear ourselves and can talk you through fit for your build and the water you dive. If it's not right, you can normally return it within 28 days of dispatch, in saleable condition and original packaging. If you're between sizes, ring us first and we'll get it right before you order.

How fast is delivery?

We dispatch quickly from our Portstewart shop, with next-day delivery available. Orders over £50 ship free throughout Ireland and the UK.

What if I find it cheaper elsewhere?

Send us the details by email — if you find a lower price somewhere else, we should be able to beat it. That's our price-beat promise.

Is this genuine kit with warranty?

Yes. We're a main dealer for most major brands and an IDEST-approved test centre with qualified service technicians — so warranty questions and servicing are handled by people who actually know the kit. Call the shop on 028 7083 2584 with any warranty question.

Can I see it before I buy?

What's your returns policy?

You can return any product within 28 days of dispatch for a refund of the product price, provided it's in saleable condition and its original, undamaged packaging. Refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving your return. Please note: items purchased as part of a promotion can't be returned unless faulty, and swimwear can't be exchanged or returned unless faulty.
