Before you board
Where do we board?
Portstewart: the harbour on the prom (BT55 7AY). Portrush: by the yacht club — the green gate at the pontoon (BT56 8DF). Ballycastle: the green gate by the car park next to Bay Café (BT54 6BT). Please arrive 10–15 minutes before departure.
What should I bring?
An outdoor coat, sunscreen, camera and binoculars — and a swim suit and towel if you'd like a swim. There's inside and outside seating on board.
Can we swim?
Yes — on scheduled trips there's usually time for a short swim at the skipper's discretion, and every boat has an electric lift to get you in and out of the water.
What if the sea is too rough?
Safety first: if the skippers decide the trip isn't safe to run, you get a full refund or a reschedule — your choice.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Scheduled trips: no changes within 72 hours of the trip — outside that window, email us and we'll do our best. Private charters can't be cancelled or changed.
Can we bring the dog?
Dogs are welcome on private charters. Scheduled trips, sorry — no dogs.
