Description

The Padi Tec 40 Technical diving course is the fist of three courses that make up the full Padi Tec Deep Diver course (Tec 40, Tec 45 & Tec 50) and consists of four dives

What you will learn

Use decompression software and dive computers to plan and execute decompression dives up to a maximum depth of 40m with no more than 10 minutes of total decompression time
Use a single cylinder of decompression gas with up to a maximum of 50% oxygen (EANx50) in order to add conservatism to the required decompression schedule

The Scuba Gear you will use

A standard configuration of technical scuba gear, normally back mounted Twinset or Side Mount.  Padi do allow a diver to complete the Tec 40 course using a single large capacity back mounted cylinder I.E. Recreational setup, with a single Stage, but it is recommended to use a Twinset
